Insurance

We insure your package for the full value.

If the item is damaged or lost in transit, you can put in a claim for the insurance, to get reimbursed. As the recipient of the package, you have to make the claim, and we will back you up.

Shipping

 

Domestic Shipping:

We do not charge for shipping within the United States.

We want to make sure that your picture gets to you in good shape, so you can enjoy it. We wrap the picture in protective packaging, and we pay the postage, as well as fee for insurance.

We normally ship an item to your U.S. address within 2 weeks after your payment has cleared.

Once the item has been shipped you will receive tracking confirmation by email.

If you do not receive an email including tracking within the expected handling time, please contact us and we will gladly check on the status of your order.

On average, and depending on the service used, you can expect delivery within 2-8 days from the time you are notified that your package has been processed.

International Shipping:

We ship outside of the United States only on special request, because delivery charges vary a lot, and we must charge you for the shipping. Contact us at jonathanreeveprice@gmail.com giving us your street address, and we can let you know what the shipping charges will be.

For international orders, we use U.S.P.S. Priority International with shipping charges based on size, weight, and value. Delivery estimates for international packages vary greatly depending on location.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, but these charges are NOT additional shipping charges. Because these charges are your responsibility, we will not reimburse you for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges, even if you later return the item.

In accordance with U.S. and international governmental regulations, all shipments will be shown as sales of merchandise, and all values will be stated at their actual sales value.

Due to the high level of fraud in overseas sales, we ONLY use U.S.P.S. Priority Mail so that the package can be tracked.

Returns:

If we made a serious error in the listing, and you can show us a picture demonstrating our mistake, we will refund the original shipping charges, and we will pay for the return shipping.

If you are returning the item for some other reason, such as buyer remorse, please notify us within two weeks of the day on which you receive the item.

Get a Return Number from us, and put that number on the outside of the package.

(We cannot accept any item without a Return Number). Return the item to us in good condition, in the original packaging or packaging of the same quality. On safe return, we will refund the price paid. In this situation, you must pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Donating the picture to a charitable institution

When you purchase one of our images, you get our permission to donate the picture to a museum or charitable organization as a charitable gift, valued at the price you paid. One condition: You must let us know which institution has that print, so we can guarantee its provenance, when asked. Just email us the news at jonathanreeveprice@gmail.com.
